硒酵母联合左旋甲状腺素片治疗桥本甲状腺炎对甲状腺功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析硒酵母联合左旋甲状腺素片治疗桥本甲状腺炎(HT)对甲状腺功能的影响。方法:选定90例HT患者,以双盲随机抽样法分组,每组45例,对照组采纳左旋甲状腺素片治疗,观察组采纳硒酵母联合左旋甲状腺素片治疗,两组均在治疗3个月后观察治疗效果,对比两组临床疗效、甲状腺功能指标、甲状腺自身抗体水平、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组临床总有效率(95.56%)比对照组(66.67%)高,观察组治疗3个月后FT3、FT4水平均比对照组高,观察组治疗3个月后TSH、TPOAb、TGAb水平均比对照组低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率(6.67%)与对照组(8.89%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硒酵母+左旋甲状腺素片可有效改善HT患者病情,调节甲状腺激素及抗体指标,且不良反应较少,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the effect of selenium yeast plus levothyroxine tablets on thyroid function in the treatment of HT(Hashimoto's thyroiditis).Method 90 cases of patients with HT were selected,with double blind grouping random sampling method,45 cases in each group,control group adopted sinistral thyroxine treatment,observation group adopted selenium yeast+levothyroxine treatment,two groups were observed treatment effect after 3months of treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect,thyroid function,thyroid autoantibodies level,the incidence of adverse reactions.Results The total clinical response rate(95.56%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(66.67%);the FT3 and FT4 levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 3 months of treatment;the TSH,TPOAb and TGAb levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 3 months of treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.67%)was compared with that in the control group(8.89%),the difference wasn't statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Selenium yeast+levothyroxine tablets can effectively improve the condition of HT patients,regulate thyroid hormone and antibody indicators,and less adverse reactions,it is worth using for reference.
