摘　　要：目的:为有效解决急诊中手指损伤的快速止血,避免因止血不当引起的不可逆损伤,研制了一种手动充气式指根止血带。方法:该装置采用缠绕手指的充气带,充气带外侧具有锯齿,充气带两端封闭,且一端设有与锯齿相配合的卡扣,充气带靠近卡扣的一端设有气门嘴。结果:能实现有效阻断血流的目的,可以减少止血带反应。结论:经测试,该装置满足设计要求,并可实现快速止血的功能,为解决急诊工作中手指止血提供新的工具。Objective In order to effectively solve the rapid hemostasis of finger injury in emergency and avoid the irreversible injury caused by improper hemostasis,a manual inflatable finger root tourniquet was developed.Method The device adopts an inflatable belt wrapped around the finger,the outer side of the inflatable belt is serrated,the two ends of the inflatable belt are closed,and one end of the inflatable belt is provided with a buckle matched with the sawtooth,and one end of the inflatable belt is provided with a valve mouth near the buckle.Results It can effectively block blood flow and reduce tourniquet reaction.Conclusion The test results show that the device meets the design requirements,and can achieve rapid hemostasis function,providing a new tool for solving the problem of finger hemostasis in emergency work.
