摘　　要：每到麦收季节,很多人会专门到张夏来采摘玉杏,玉杏含有的维生素非常丰富,蛋白质、磷、钾含量也很高,还具有清热解毒、润肺生津的效果。玉杏成熟后个个黄澄澄,轻轻一掰一分为二,吃到嘴里有一种绵纱的感觉,甜中少带些酸味,沁人心脾。当地人除了大规模建设旅游杏园外,还把当地的杏做成了杏脯、罐头、杏干、蜜饯等成品,为当地村民带来更多的经济收益。Jade apricot is rich in vitamins and high in protein,phosphorus and potassium,so it is very popular.At the same time,it also has the effect of clearing heat and detoxification and moistening the lungs.Therefore,it is liked by everyone,and after the jade apricot here is ripe,all of them are yellow and clear,gently split into two,and there is a feeling of cotton gauze in the mouth,with less sour taste in sweetness and refreshing.The local people not only build tourist apricot orchards on a large scale,but also make local apricots into preserved apricots,canned apricots,dried apricots,candied fruits and other finished products,which can be provided to more tourists,thus bringing more economic benefits to the local villagers.
