摘　　要：国际贸易理论大致分为自由贸易理论和保护贸易理论,在不同的历史时期和不同的国家,有不同的内涵,其对应的政策实践也有所不同。当国际贸易形势出现新问题,贸易理论也随之改进。实施何种贸易政策的关键在于政府干预能否为本国争取到更多利益。The theories of international trade are divided into the theory of free trade and the theory of protecting trade.In different historical periods and different countries,the theories of the two factions have different connotations,and the corresponding policies are different as well.It is found that when new problems arise in the international trade situation,the trade theories are improved.The key of what trade policy to implement lies in whether government intervention can win more benefits for the country.
