摘 要:利用γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷对氧化石墨烯进行改性,制备了氨基化石墨烯,并通过红外光谱表征其基本结构;然后以壳聚糖为基质,氨基化石墨烯为填料,戊二醛为交联剂通过溶液共混法制备了复合皮革涂饰剂。研究结果表明,氨基化石墨烯/壳聚糖复合材料最佳的制备工艺为:当pH值为3时,在40℃下反应4 h所得复合材料性能最佳,其粒径为3250 nm,粒径分布系数为0.253。氨基化石墨烯/壳聚糖复合涂饰剂可提高成品革物理机械性能和抗菌性能,对肺炎克雷伯氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌抑菌率≥99.9%。Aminated graphene was prepared by amination of graphene oxide withγ-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane,and the structure of product was characterized by FT-IR.Then chitosan was used as the matrix,aminated graphene as the filler,and glutaraldehyde was used as the cross-linking agent.The composite finishing agent was prepared by solution blending method.The results showed that the optimum preparation process was as follows:when the pH value was 3,the composite material was obtained by reacting at 40℃for 4 hours,and the composites had the best dispersibility,with particle size was 3250nm and distribution coefficient was 0.253.Aminated graphene/chitosan composite finishing agent can improve the physical mechanical properties and antibacterial properties of leather,and the antibacterial rate against Klebsiella pneumoniae,staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans was≥99.9%.
