摘　　要：媒介染料作为一支在毛纺行业广泛应用的染料,受水质、上染速率等因素的影响,在染色过程中易产生染色不匀造成花色疵病,会为后来工序带来不便,因此其染色过程和效果备受关注。本文就媒介黑2B染色过程中产生染色不匀的原因及如何采用相应的措施予以讨论。Due to the influence of water quality and dyeing rate,mordant dyes,which are widely used in wool spinning industry,are prone to produce uneven dyeing in dyeing process and cause pattern defects,which will bring inconvenience to the later process.Therefore its dyeing process and the effect have attracted much attention.In this paper,the cause of uneven dyeing in the dyeing process of Mordant Black 2B and the corresponding measures were discussed.
