摘  要:天然产物的提取和分离是有机实验课程中重要的实验项目之一。萃取、蒸馏、柱层析等化学方法与波谱技术的结合使然产物的提取和分离研究大为方便。但是在柱层析实验操作中,存在着液体色素添加不均匀、时间受限、层析效果不佳等问题,特别是对菠菜色素的提取与分离实验中叶黄素、叶绿素和胡萝卜素的分离影响最大。研究通过采用菠菜色素的提取浓缩液和中性氧化铝的混合法,可以有效地提高柱层析色素的分离效果,使实验快速、精确完成,有助于培养学生的实验创新能力。The extraction and separation of natural products is one of the important experimental projects in the organic experiment course.The combination of chemical methods such as extraction,distillation,column chromatography and spectral technology is very convenient for the extraction and separation of the products.However,in the column chromatography experiment,there are problems such as uneven addition of liquid pigment,limited time and poor chromatographic effect,in particular,the separation of lutein,chlorophyll and carotene in the extraction and separation experiment of spinach pigment has the greatest influence.The optimal combination of concentrated extract solution of spinach pigment and neutral alumina was studied,which can effectively improve the column chromatography pigment separation effect,so that the experiment was completed quickly and accurately,the students'experimental innovation ability is cultivated.
