摘 要:为提升O/W型乳化废水的破乳除油、除浊及COD去除效率,对阳离子金属盐硫酸镁用于协同臭氧催化降解乳化废水中有机物及破乳除浊进行了研究。对比了臭氧氧化、硫酸镁混凝和硫酸镁-臭氧混凝催化破乳,并考察了不同硫酸盐及镁盐对破乳除浊效果的影响、乳化废水初始pH对破乳效果的影响、破乳过程中乳化废水臭氧含量、镁离子含量及COD的变化情况等。结果表明,硫酸镁和臭氧有很好的协同作用,酸性条件对破乳除浊有明显抑制作用,而碱性条件可大大促进破乳过程。硫酸镁投加量超过200mg/L后,约5min即可达到100%的破乳除浊率,破乳后乳化液COD去除率达到92.9%。In order to improve the demulsification,oil,turbidity removal and COD removal efficiency of O/W emulsified wastewater,the cationic metal salt was used to synergistic ozone catalytic degradation of organic matter and demulsification and turbidity removal in emulsified wastewater.Ozone oxidation,magnesium sulfate coagulation and magnesium sulfate-ozone coagulation catalytic demulsification was compared,the effects of different sulphate and magnesium salts on the demulsification and turbidity removal effect,the effect of initial pH of emulsified wastewater on the demulsification effect,the change of the ozone content,magnesium ion content and COD in emulsified wastewater in demulsification process were investigated.The results showed that magnesium sulfate and ozone had a good synergistic effect,acidic conditions had a significant inhibitory effect on demulsification and turbidity removal,and alkaline conditions could greatly promote the demulsification process.The demulsification and turbidity removal rate could reach 100% in about 5 min while the addition of magnesium sulphate reached 200 mg/L,and the COD removal rate of emulsion could reach 92.9% after demulsification.
