摘 要:采用3级移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)串联处理高COD餐厨废水,为提高MBBR系统的脱氮和同步硝化反硝化能力,将1.5 kg颗粒状新型生物载体装入滤袋内,制成MBBR生物填料,以悬挂的方式置于反应器中。运行结果表明,水力负荷为0.4167 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h)、水力停留时间为3 d时效果为佳,出水NH_(3)-N的质量浓度可以降低到17 mg/L,达到GB 8978-1996一级A类排放标准;出水TN的质量浓度为520 mg/L,去除率85.6%;出水COD降至680 mg/L,去除率96.9%。A three-stage moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR)was used to treat high COD kitchen wastewater in series.In order to improve the nitrogen removal and simultaneous nitrification and denitrification capacity of the MBBR system,1.5 kg of the new granular biological carrier was put into the filter bag to make the MBBR biological filler,which was placed in the reactor in a suspended manner.The results showed that,the best effects were obtained when hydraulic load was 0.4167 m^(3)/(m^(2)·h)and hydraulic residence time was 3 d,the mass concentration of NH3-N in effluent could reduce to 17 mg/L,which met the first level A discharge standard of GB 8978-1996.The mass concentration of TN in effluent was 520 mg/L,and the removal rate was 85.6%.The COD in effluent reduced to 680 mg/L,and the removal rate was 96.9%.
