摘 要:为探究生态沟渠对寒旱区景观水体外源污染物的阻控性能,在我国北方寒旱地区的城市景区内构建了O/A型生态沟渠中试系统。结果表明,O/A型生态沟渠对寒旱区景观水体中TN、NH_(4)^(+)-N和TP平均去除率分别为54.08%、43.75%和40.27%,运行期间出水水质指标大部分时间可以达到GB3838-2002地表V类水标准,满足一般景观水域用水要求。O/A型生态沟渠中螺旋形辫带式生物填料表面附着细菌多样性最高,植物根系次之,组合基质表面附着细菌多样性最低;生态沟渠中细菌的优势属主要集中在节杆菌属、未命名暖绳菌科、Steroidobacteraceae、芽殖杆菌属以及微小杆菌属。研究结果可为生态阻控寒旱区景观水体外源污染物提供参考。In order to explore the interception and control performance of ecological ditch on exogenous pollutants in landscape water in cold and arid regions.A pilot system of O/A type ecological ditch was established in urban scenic spots in the cold and arid region of northern China.The results showed that,the average removal rates of TN,NH_(4)^(+)-N,and TP in the landscape water in cold and arid region by O/A type ecological ditch were 54.08%,43.75%and 40.27%,respectively.During the operation,the effluent water quality index could meet the surface V water standard of GB 3838-2002 for most of the time,meeting the requirements of general landscape water.In the O/A type ecological ditch,the diversity of bacteria on the surface of spiral braid type biological packing was the highest,the diversity of bacteria on the surface of plant root was lower,and the diversity of bacteria on the surface of the composite matrix was the lowest.The dominant genera of bacteria in O/A type ecological ditch were mainly concentrated in Arthrobacter,no rankf-caldilineaceae,Steroidobacteraceae,Gemmobacter and Exiguobacterium.The results can provide a reference for the ecological interception to control exogenous pollutants in landscape water in cold and arid region.
