替米沙坦与复方丹参滴丸联合用药方案治疗老年原发性2级高血压的临床疗效及对患者血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探析替米沙坦与复方丹参滴丸联合用药方案治疗老年原发性2级高血压的临床疗效及对患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法选择2019年3月至2020年2月沈阳市浑南区医院诊治的70例老年原发性2级高血压患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,随机将其分为两组,A组和B组(每组35例)。A组采用替米沙坦与复方丹参滴丸联合用药方案治疗,B组仅接受替米沙坦治疗,对比分析两组的临床总有效率及血管内皮功能各项相关指标。结果A组临床总有效率为94.29%,明显高于B组(74.29%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组血管内皮功能各项相关指标均优于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替米沙坦与复方丹参滴丸联合用药方案治疗老年原发性2级高血压的临床疗效显著,能够有效改善血管内皮功能,应用价值高。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Telmisartan and compound Danshen dripping pills in the treatment of elderly patients with primary grade 2 hypertension and its effect on vascular endothelial function.Methods:Select 70 elderly patients with primary hypertension who were diagnosed and treated in Hunnan District Hospital of Shenyang City from March 2019 to February 2020 as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into two groups,A Group and Group B(35 cases in each group).Group A was treated with a combination of telmisartan and compound Danshen dripping pills,and group B received only telmisartan.The clinical total effective rate and vascular endothelial function of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total clinical effective rate of group A was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than that of group B(74.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);all relevant indexes of vascular endothelial function in group A were better than those of group B,and the difference was significant.Statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of telmisartan and compound Danshen dripping pills has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of senile primary hypertension.It can effectively improve the vascular endothelial function and has high application value.
