摘  要:目的探究循证护理联合健康教育护理对系统性红斑狼疮患者负性情绪及治疗依从性的影响。方法将2018年4月至2019年6月本院收治的74例系统性红斑狼疮患者随机分成两组,各37例,其中,对照组予以常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上行循证护理,比较两组患者干预前后负性情绪以及治疗依从性。结果干预前,两组的焦虑、抑郁评分对比无明显的差异性(P>0.05);干预后,两组的焦虑、抑郁评分均有改善,且观察组改善幅度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗依从性为94.59%,较对照组的78.38%显著升高(P<0.05)。结论循证护理联合健康教育护理能够有效改善系统性红斑狼疮患者的负性情绪,提高其治疗依从性。Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing combined with health education and nursing on negative emotions and treatment compliance in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods:74 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into 2 groups,37 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing on this basis.The negative emotions and treatment compliance of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results:Before intervention,there were no significant difference between the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of two groups were improved,and the improvement of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was 94.59%,which was significantly higher than the 78.38%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing combined with health education and nursing can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and improve their treatment compliance.
