外商直接投资对我国生产性服务业的技术扩散效应

摘　　要：利用转移份额分析法将省域生产性服务业增长差异分解为结构效应和竞争效应,并在产品种类扩张型内生增长模型基础上探讨外商直接投资对生产性服务业的空间技术扩散效应,进而采用面板系统GMM法和2003—2019年我国30个省市面板数据进行实证研究。结果表明:外商直接投资对我国生产性服务业产生明显技术溢出效应的同时,国内生产性服务业投资也对外资产生了明显的技术追赶效应,且该效应主要从供给端通过竞争效应作用于生产性服务业,但从需求端对生产性服务业结构效应的影响较弱。因而目前外资的技术扩散效应对我国生产性服务业的影响主要侧重于供给驱动,而非需求拉动。西部地区生产性服务业投资对外资的技术追赶效应明显高于东中部地区;而外商直接投资的技术外溢效应对中部地区生产性服务业的作用效果最大,对东、西部地区的影响效果相对较小。Based on the theory of endogenous growth theory of product extension,this paper uses the method of shift-share analysis to calculate the index of composition effects and competition effects,and then,makes an empirical study of the impact of Foreign direct investment on producer services growth using the model of panel data system GMM in the period of 2003-2012 based on the knowledge production function.The results show that,the foreign direct investment has significant technology spillover effect,and this effect has positively affected producer services growth mainly from the supply side through short-term competitive factors,but the effect on long-term structural adjustment is a little small.The technology spillover effect of foreign direct investment is largest in the central region,a little smaller in the western region and the smallest in the eastern region.
