摘 要:为了研究隧道掘进机(tunnel boring machine,TBM)在复合岩层中的合理掘进方向,以复合岩层中岩层的走向、倾向与隧道轴线的夹角为研究对象,基于离散元软件3DEC建立双护盾TBM在复合岩层中的动态掘进模型并开展模拟试验,研究不同侧压系数(λ)下岩层产状对TBM掘进的影响。结果表明:1)侧压系数越小,TBM掘进时的阻力越小,越有利于掘进。即λ≤1.0时,随着侧压系数的增加,TBM接触压力增长幅度较小;1.0<λ≤1.4时,随着侧压系数的增加,TBM接触压力增长幅度较大;λ>1.4时,TBM接触压力增长幅度显著增大。2)无论侧压系数多大,TBM沿倾向掘进所受接触压力总小于逆倾向,沿倾向更利于TBM掘进;岩层走向和隧道掘进方向垂直时更有利于掘进。In order to study the reasonable driving direction of tunnel boring machine(TBM)in the mixed rock strata,the dynamic tunneling model simulation test of double shield TBM in the mixed rock strata was carried out based on discrete element software 3DEC under different combinations,by taking the angle between the strike and inclination of mixed rock strata and tunnel axis as the research object.And the influence of rock attitude on TBM tunneling with different lateral pressure coefficients was studied.The results showed that:1)The smaller the lateral pressure coefficient,the lower the resistance during TBM tunneling,and the more favorable it is for tunneling.That is,whenλ≤1.0,as the lateral pressure coefficient increases,the TBM contact pressure increases less;when 1.0<λ≤1.4,as the lateral pressure coefficient increases,the TBM contact pressure increases more;whenλ>1.4 The increase in TBM contact pressure increased significantly.2)Regardless of the lateral pressure coefficient,the contact pressure of the TBM along the inclination is always less than the inverse inclination,which is more conducive to the TBM excavation.When the stratum is perpendicular to the tunneling direction,the excavation is more favorable.
