摘 要:为了削弱双层内嵌式永磁同步电机的齿槽转矩,提出一种采用内嵌磁极偏移与非均匀气隙偏心转子相结合的优化方法。基于能量法推导磁极偏移时齿槽转矩的解析表达式,分析齿槽转矩的影响因素。以降低电机的齿槽转矩峰值为目标,利用有限元软件,采用气隙分层法研究磁极偏移角度和转子偏心距对电机齿槽转矩的影响规律,获得最优参数值。结果表明,该方法能有效降低电机的齿槽转矩,改善电机的输出性能。In order to weaken the cogging torque of the double-layer interior permanent magnet synchronous motor,an optimization method that combines the interior magnetic pole offset and the non-uniform air gap eccentric rotor was proposed.Based on the energy method,it was derived the analytical expression of the cogging torque when the magnetic pole was shifted,and the influencing factors of the cogging torque were analyzed.With the goal of reducing the peak value of the cogging torque of the motor,the air gap layering method was adopted using finite element software to study the influence of the magnetic pole offset angle and rotor eccentricity on the cogging torque of the motor,and to obtain the optimal parameter value.The results show that this method can effectively reduce the cogging torque of the motor and improve the output performance of the motor.
