全身保暖约束衣在婴幼儿心脏术后护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨全身保暖约束衣在婴幼儿心脏术后护理中应用效果,为婴幼儿心脏术后患者的保暖约束提供参考价值。方法:选择2018年7月—2019年6月在我科接受治疗的40例心脏术后婴幼儿患者作为研究对象,所有患者经评估均需实施带保暖约束,将患者随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组患者采用普通约束带对四肢进行约束,试验组患者采用保暖约束衣约束全身,比较两组患者约束期间并发症发生率、患者四肢末梢温度变化、非计划拔管率发生情况、责任护士对约束带使用满意程度及患者家属对约束带满意程度。结果:在保暖约束带使用期间,试验组患者并发症发生率、非计划拔管率低于对照组,四肢末梢温度、责任护士及家属满意程度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全身保暖约束衣在婴幼儿心脏术后护理中的应用可有效提升患者制动及保暖质量,获得患者家属和医护人员的认可。Objective:To explore the effect of the application of the whole body thermal restraint clothing in the nursing of infants after heart operation,so as to provide reference for the thermal restraint of infants after heart operation.Meth⁃ods:From July 2018 to June 2019,40 infants and young children who received treatment in our department after cardiac surgery were selected as the study objects.All the patients need to implement thermal restraint with restraint belt after evaluation.The patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group were restrained by the common restraint belt,while the patients in the experimental group were restrained by the warm restraint clothing.The incidence of complications during the restraint period was compared between the two groups.During the restraint period,the temperature change of the extremities of the patients,the incidence of unplanned extubation,the responsible nurses satisfaction with the use of the restraint belt,and the family members'satisfaction of the patients were in the restraint.Result:During the use of the thermal restraint belt,the incidence of complications and unplanned extubation in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the temperature of extremities in the experimental group,the satisfaction of the responsible nurses and their families were higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the whole body warm protective clothing in the nursing of infants after heart operation can effectively improve the quality of the patients'brake and warm keeping,which is approved by the patients'families and medical staff.
