内燃机发电机组撬保护接地的研究

摘　　要：内燃机发电机组一般为撬装结构,在撬装结构的底盘上,还安装有一些发电机组辅助用的交流用电设备,如机油预热装置、水预热装置、机油循环泵等,这些交流设备有的额定电压是AC380V有的是AC230V。它们是发电机组正常运行不可或缺的组成部分。但处于机组运行中的安全考虑,这些设备的外壳必须接地良好。本文通过查找相关资料,对发电机组撬装底盘上的交流用电设备的接地方式和保护线的选择进行了明确阐述,确保了设备保护接地的有效性。保证了使用中的人身和设备安全。为其他交流设备的保护接地设计提供了参考。Internal combustion engine generator set is generally skid mounted structure.On the chassis of skid mounted structure,there are also some auxiliary AC electrical equipment for the generator set,such as oil preheating device,water preheating device,oil circulating pump,etc.Some of the AC equipment are rated voltage AC380V,some are AC230V.They are an integral part of the normal operation of the generator set.However,for safety consideration in the operation of the unit,the shell of the equipment must be well grounded.In this paper,the grounding mode and the selection of the protection line of the AC electrical equipment on the skid mounted chassis of the generator set are expounded clearly by searching for the relevant information,which ensures the effectiveness of the equipment protection grounding and ensure the safety of people and equipment in use,which provides a reference for other AC equipment protection grounding design.
