摘　　要：车载诊断系统是实施国六排放标准的核心内容,设计出具有符合国六标准的带有车载诊断系统的电喷系统控制单元ECU开发出基于高性能32位单片机芯片SPC5644的电子控制单元ECU的硬件系统,研究了电控系统中各元件的故障诊断方法,并结合专家系统理论,建立起电控汽油机车载诊断知识库,并编写软件。最终,将设计完成的控制单元进行装车试验,试验结果证明了系统的可行性。The on-board diagnosis system is the key content of implementing the ChinaⅥemission standards.The ECU of EFI system with on-board diagnosis system is designed,and the hardware system of ECU based on high-performance 32-bit MCU chip SPC 5644 is developed.The fault diagnosis method of the electronic control system is studied,the knowledge base of on-board diagnosis for electronically controlled system is established based on the expert system and the software is written.Finally,the ECU is tested on the vehicle,and the test results proved the feasibility of the system.
