摘　　要：基于2010—2018年江苏48所公立本科院校样本,使用三种SFA模型对各高校人文社会科学科研效率进行了测算和比较。研究表明:不考虑高校间异质性、不区分短时效率和持久效率,都会造成效率测算的结果偏误;江苏高校人文社会科学科研效率整体提升空间较大,且在考察期内没有表现出改善迹象,其原因主要是持久效率偏低。在上述研究基础上提出两点建议:一是谨慎选择恰当的SFA模型评估高校科研效率;二是提升高校科研效率需要加强顶层制度设计。Based on the research data of humanities and social sciences of 48 public universities in Jiangsu Province from 2010 to 2018,three SFA models are used to calculate and compare their research efficiency.According to the study,the results of efficiency measurement will be biased without considering the heterogeneity between universities and without distinguishing transient efficiency and persistent efficiency.The results show that a huge improvement can be made in the overall efficiency of humanities and social sciences,but there is no sign of improvement during the research perioddue to the lower persistent efficiency.Based on the research above,two suggestions are put forward.The first is to choose the appropriate SFA model carefully to evaluate the efficiency of humanistic and social science research.Second,the top-level institutions should be well-designed in order to improve the efficiency of humanistic and social science research.
