摘 要:汽车内饰面料是重要的内饰表皮材料。随着汽车消费升级,消费者对汽车内饰品质的要求不断提升,汽车内饰面料的创新研发变得越来越重要。围绕着汽车内饰面料的感知质量提升和功能价值附加,从纤维材料制造技术、面料织造技术、染整加工技术以及后加工技术等4个方面详细阐述了汽车内饰面料产品的先进制造工艺。新技术、新材料和新工艺的创新应用将会给消费者带来新的驾乘体验,为汽车内饰面料拓展新的发展空间。Automotive interior fabrics are important interior skin materials.With the upgrading of automotive consumption,consumer,s requirements for the quality of automotive interiors continue to increase,and the innovative research and development of automotive interior fabrics has become more and more important.This article focuses on the perceived quality improvement and functional value addition of automotive interior fabrics,and elaborates on the advanced manufacturing technologies of automotive interior fabric products from 4 aspects:fiber material manufacturing technology,fabric weaving technology,dyeing and finishing technology and post-processing technology.The innovative application of new technologies,new materials and new processes will bring consumers a new driving experience and expand new development space for automotive interior fabrics.
