农村失能老人长期照料服务的现实困境及破解策略--基于坨墩村的个案研究

摘　　要：根据调查地的现实情况,选取坨墩村失能老人及其照顾者,尝试从家庭、机构及社区三大供给主体入手进行个案分析,通过深度观察和面对面访谈,研究该地区失能老人长期照料服务存在的问题并给出可能性解释,以期为完善农村失能老人长期照料服务提供借鉴。Based on the actual situation of the survey area,this paper tried to start with the three main sup-ply bodies of families,institutions and communities,selected disabled elderly people and their caregivers in Tuodun Village for case analysis.Through in-depth observation and face-to-face interviews,this paper stud-ied the long-term disabled elderly in the region.The problems in care services and possible explanations were put forward in order to provide reference for improving the long-term care services for the disabled el-derly in rural areas.
