摘  要:分析2017年8月海口湾20个采样点所采集的样品,共鉴定浮游植物7门58属128种和变种,物种主要以硅藻为主。调查期间浮游植物数量较高,平均为73.70×10^(3) cells·L^(-1)。细胞丰度东部大于西部,近岸高于远岸。浮游植物优势种有中肋骨条藻Skeletonema costatum、球形宗囊藻Phaeocystis globosa和海洋卡盾藻Chattonella marina。调查期间,共发现赤潮生物42种,主要赤潮生物是中肋骨条藻、球形宗囊藻和海洋卡盾藻。A study on phytoplanktons from twenty stations in Haikou Bay were carried out in August 2017.A total of 128 species which belong to 58 genera of 7 phyla were identified.Most of the species were dia-tom.Cell density was high in the Bay,with mean value reaching 73.70×10^(3) cells·L^(-1).The average abundance were higher in the nearshore than in the offshore.The average abundance was higher in the east than in the west.The dominant species were Skeletonema costatum,Phaeocystis globose and Chattonella marina.42 red tide species were found,including Skeletonema costatum,Phaeocystis globose and Chattonella marina.
