摘　　要：目的基于循证构建产房护理质量敏感指标体系,为监测产房护理质量提供依据。方法以“结构-过程-结果”为理论依据,采用文献检索、访谈法初步拟定指标体系框架,采用Delphi专家函询法确定产房护理质量敏感指标体系及指标权重。结果最终构建的产房护理质量敏感指标体系包括3个一级指标、12个二级指标、31个三级指标。两轮函询专家积极系数分别为90%、100%;两轮权威系数均为0.85;第一轮函询协调系数分别为0.287、0.270和0.256,第二轮分别为0.295、0.302和0.290。结论本研究构建的产房护理质量敏感指标体系科学性、适用性较强,可作为产房护理质量评价工具,但仍需进一步开展实证研究。Objective To establish a evidence-based sensitive index system to provide evidence for monitoring the nursing quality of delivery room.Methods Based on the theory of"structure-process-result",the framework of index system was preliminarily formulated by literature retrieval and interview,and the nursing quality sensitive index system and index weight in delivery room were determined by Delphi method.Results The sensitivity index system was composed of 3 first level indexes,12 second level indexes and 31 third level indexes.The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 90%and 100%respectively.The authority coefficient of both rounds was 0.85.The coordination coefficients of the first round were 0.287,0.270 and 0.256 respectively,and those of the second round were 0.295,0.302 and 0.290 respectively.Conclusion The sensitive index system of nursing quality in delivery room constructed in the study is scientific and applicable,and can be used as a tool for nursing quality evaluation in delivery room.However,further empirical research is needed.
