摘 要:介绍了某三甲医院开发的智慧医院门诊APP功能,分为网上医院、掌上医院、信息查询3个模块,包括预约挂号、门诊缴费、病案复印、查询门诊清单、检查报到、智能导诊等功能。门诊APP应用后,现场预约占比由2017年的32.45%下降至2019年的18.31%;门诊APP预约率达16.82%,但预约就诊率仅为75.00%;患者门诊滞留时间较应用前缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。智慧医院门诊APP的应用降低了门诊患者现场预约率,提升了门诊服务效率。但门诊APP预约实际就诊率偏低,患者就诊有效时间并未延长,其临床推广应用仍需持续改进。This paper introduced the functions of the smart hospital outpatient APP developed by a tertiary hospital,which had three modules of online hospital,handheld hospital and information inquiry,including the functions of appointment and registration,outpatient payment,medical record photocopying,outpatient list inquiry,check and report,intelligent guidance,etc.After the application of outpatient APP,the proportion of on-site appointment decreased from 32.45%in 2017 to 18.31%in 2019.The outpatient APP appointment rate was 16.82%,but the appointment visiting rate was only 75.00%.The outpatient retention time of patients was shorter than that before application with statistically significant(P<0.05).The application of smart hospital outpatient APP reduced the on-site appointment rate of outpatients and improved the efficiency of outpatient service.However,the actual visiting rate of outpatient APP appointment was low,and the effective time of patients visits had not been extended.The clinical promotion and application of outpatient APP in smart hospitals still needed to be continuously improved.
