摘 要:电机是水利设施中广泛应用的一种电气设备,其中能耗大、效率低的电机占比还比较大,要想提升水利工程设施中的电机能效、降低能耗,需要对现有电机进行全面优化设计。文章根据变频调速异步电机的特点,以场路耦合有限元的损耗分析方法建立了电机损耗计算模型,主要从定子结构和转子结构两方面对电机的结构进行优化设计,经过实验数据对比,新设计的变频调速异步电机机械性能更好,效率更优,值得进一步推广使用。Electric motor is widely used in water conservancy facilities as an electrical device,wherein electric motors with high energy consumption and low efficiency account for a relatively large proportion.It is necessary to optimally design the existing electric motor comprehensively in order to improve the motor energy efficiency in water conservancy facilities and reduce the energy consumption.The loss analysis method of the field-circuit coupling finite element is applied to establish the motor loss calculation model according to the characteristics of the variable frequency speed regulating asynchronous motor in the paper.The electric motor structure is optimally designed mainly from two aspects of the stator and rotor structure.The newly designed variable frequency speed regulating asynchronous motor has better mechanical property and better efficiency through experiment data comparison.It is worthy of further promotion and use.
