摘　　要：本文总结广东省援助湖北武汉应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情第十四批医疗队佛山二队(以下简称“佛山医疗二队”)的管理经验和应对策略,为日后类似传染病的救治工作提供借鉴。佛山医疗二队由来自佛山市14家医院的160名医务人员组成。本文通过对其人员构成、管理和组织架构、各项制度、诊疗情况和质量进行分析,总结了佛山医疗二队克服困难,实现高治愈率、高好转率、零投诉、医务人员零感染的经验并进行分享。在本次应对湖北武汉新冠肺炎疫情的工作中,佛山医疗二队的管理经验和应对策略有一定借鉴意义。To summarize the management experience and coping strategies from the 14th Medical Team of Guangdong Province(The 2nd Foshan Medical Team)aiding Wuhan,Hubei Province against coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).There are 160 medical professionals from 14 hospitals in the 2nd Foshan Medical Team.The human resource,organization structure and management,protocol,healthcare and quality in the 2nd Foshan Medical Team were analyzed and the management experience and coping strategies were shared like how to overcome the difficulties and realize the high rate of cure and improvement,zero complaint and zero infection among medical staff.Overall,the management experience and coping strategies from the 2nd Foshan Medical Team is useful.
