摘  要:目的研究骨关节金属植入物磁共振成像(MRI)伪影抑制技术的应用价值。方法选取2018年4月至2020年4月本院收治的30例骨关节金属植入术患者作为研究对象,所有患者均先进行T1WI和T2W2加权处理,后进行短时间反转恢复(STIR)序列和三点法非对称回波水脂分离(IDEAL)技术序列伪影抑制术,并比较两种方法图像质量、伪影评分以及伪影面积。结果IDEAL序列扫描图像合格率(86.67%)高于STIR序列扫描(63.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IDEAL序列扫描的伪影评分、伪影面积均低于STIR序列扫描,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨关节金属植入术患者在进行MRI检查时,在T1WI和T2W2加权处理基础上,应用IDEAL序列扫描,可提高图像清晰度,降低伪影对图像的影响,利于医师判断。Objective To study the application value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)artifact suppression technology for bone and joint metal implants.Methods 30 cases bone and joint metal implantation patients admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were first subjected to T1WI and T2W2 weighted treatment,short time inversion recovery(STIR)sequence and three-point asymmetric echo water lipid separation(IDEAL)sequence artifact suppression were performed and the quality of image sets,artifact score and artifact area were compared between two methods.Results The image pass rate of IDEAL serial scan(86.67%)was higher than that of STIR serial scan(63.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the artifact score and area of the IDEAL sequence scan were lower than those of the STIR sequence scan,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In MRI examination of patients with osteoarticular metal implantation,the IDEAL sequence scan based on T1WI and T2W2 weighted processing can improve the image clarity,reduce the influence of artifacts on the image,and facilitate the judgment of physicians.
