摘  要:目的本文旨在探讨PDCA管理手段对降低非计划再手术发生的作用。方法2014年至2017年,利用PDCA为管理工具,通过计划、实施、检查和处理4个阶段,对监控科室手术进行系列管理干预,比较干预前后非计划再手术变化,并总结管理经验进而固化为管理流程。进行持续质量改进,探索非计划再手术管理指标的进一步解读。结果管理干预后,监控科室非计划再手术率由2014年的2.27%下降至2017年的1.44%,经验固化推广后全院非计划再手术率基本稳定在0.35%~0.45%。结论PDCA管理可有效降低非计划再手术发生率,相关管理经验利于提升医疗安全。Objective Unscheduled reoperation is one of the important quality indexes of perioperative safety.Because the selection method depends on the subjective technical level,it is difficult to manage.This article is intended to explore the effect of PDCA management methods on reducing unscheduled resurgery.Methods During 2014-2017,PDCA was used as the management tool,through the four stages of planning,implementation,inspection and processing,according to PDCA management methods,management interventions were performed in monitoring department surgery,and the changes of unplanned reoperation before and after the intervention were compared and summarize the management experience,and then solidify into the management process.Continuous quality improvement was carried out to explore the further interpretation of unplanned reoperation management indicators.Results After management intervention,the unscheduled resurgery rate in the monitoring department decreased year by year from 2.27%in 2014 to 1.44%in 2017.The unscheduled resurgery rate in the whole hospital was basically stable at 0.35%-0.45%after solidification and promotion.Conclusion PDCA management can effectively reduce the incidence of unscheduled reoperations,and related management experience is conducive to improving medical safety.
