基质和扦插时间对油茶扦插育苗的影响

摘　　要：为提高油茶扦插苗的成活率和苗木质量、扩大油茶良种栽培,开展了不同基质和时间对油茶扦插育苗影响的研究。结果表明:不同基质、不同扦插时间对油茶扦插的生根率、根系生长均有不同影响,黄心土为基质时,生根率最高,但蛭石作为基质时,根系生长最好,扦插时间以3月最好,生根率、根条数和根干重等指标均为最高。Influence of substrate and time on cuttage steckling of Camellia oleifera were studied to raise survival rate and stock quality to expand the cultivation of improved variety.Results showed that different substrate or cuttage time had different influence on rooting percentage and root growth.The highest rooting percentage was found at yellow sub soil as substrate,however,root growth was best at vermiculite as substrate.Root percentage and root growth were best at March compare to other time.
