摘  要:唧浆病害是沥青路面常见的病害之一,分析了高速公路唧浆病害产生机理,结合某中修工程实例,阐述了高聚物注浆技术的优点、原理及施工技术要点,对比分析了注浆前后路面PCI指标、探地雷达数据、路面弯沉指标,工程应用效果证明了高聚物注浆技术可以有效地处治唧浆病害,提高路面结构整体强度,具有推广价值。The slurry pumping disease is one of the common diseases of asphalt pavement.The mechanism of the slurry pumping disease of the expressway is analyzed.In combination with the project case of a medium maintenance project,the advantages,principles and construction technology points of the high polymer grouting technology are elaborated.The PCI index,ground penetrating radar data and pavement deflection marking of the pavement before and after grouting are compared and analyzed.The engineering application effects prove that the high polymer grouting technology can effectively treat the slurry pumping disease and improve the overall strength of the pavement structure,with a promotional value.
