摘　　要：以黄体酮孕甾-4-烯-3,20-二酮为原料进行选择性氧化脱氢合成杂质H和杂质J。杂质H和J的结构经高分辨质谱、多维核磁共振谱表征确证。得到的杂质可以作为黄体酮杂质对照品用于原料药的质量研究。Impurities H and impuies J were synthesized by selective oxidative dehydrogenation of progesterone pregnane-4-ene-3,20-dione.The structures of the impurities H and J were confirmed by the high-resolution MS,1D NMR and 2D NMR.The impurities could be used as the reference material for the quality study of raw materials.
