摘 要:飞行器结构健康监测对保障飞行安全、降低飞行器维护成本具有重要意义,压电导波结构健康监测技术由于对小损伤敏感、可在线或离线监测,应用前景广阔。针对飞行器结构地面快速监测应用,研制了一种小型化便携式的压电导波结构健康监测系统。首先提出了一种分层设计的总体架构,并对系统的软硬件设计展开了研究,系统设计体积仅为273 mm×184 mm×59 mm,重量小于3 kg,支持32个传感器通道,激励电压幅值可达140 V_(pp),最大采样率60 MS/s。最后开展了系统应用验证实验,实现了对金属结构裂纹扩展的准确监测。Aircraft structural health monitoring is of great significance to ensure flight safety and reduce aircraft maintenance costs. Piezoelectric guided wave-based structural health monitoring technology is sensitive to small damage and can be applied to online and offline monitoring, so it has a broad application prospect. In this paper, aiming at the ground rapid monitoring application of aircraft structure, a miniaturized and portable piezoelectric guided wave-based structure health monitoring system is developed. Firstly, a hierarchical design architecture is proposed, and the hardware and software design of the system is studied. The design volume of the system is only 273 mm×184 mm×59 mm, the weight is less than 3 kg, it can support 32 sensor channels, the excitation voltage amplitude can reach 140 V_(pp), and the maximum sampling rate can reach 60 MS/s. Finally, the system realized the accurate monitoring of crack propagation of metal structure through the application verification.
