摘 要:为适应深水复杂海洋环境下噪声测试评估需求,将微机电系统(MEMS)矢量水听器、姿态传感器与相应信号调理、采集、存储模块集成为一体,对自容式水听器进行了设计。系统通过FPGA控制AD7606模数转换模块对传感器所采集信号进行了采集,并通过STM32的USB HOST控制SD卡对水听器与姿态传感器所采集的信号进行写入与读取。系统整体通过上位机与STM32之间的通信对系统进行工作状态的控制。经过对系统进行测试,测试结果表明,该系统能脱离缆线连续工作16 h以上并以40 kHz采样率对所采集到的20 Hz~2 kHz的水下信号进行转换并将采集到4的路水下信号以及姿态传感器所采集到的信号进行分别存储于读取。In order to meet the needs of noise test and evaluation in deep-water complex marine environment, the MEMS vector hydrophone, attitude sensor and corresponding signal conditioning, acquisition and storage modules are integrated, and the self-contained hydrophone is designed.The system uses FPGA to control ad7606 analog-to-digital conversion module to collect the signal collected by the sensor, and uses STM32 USB host to control SD card to write and read the signal collected by the hydrophone and attitude sensor.The whole system controls the working state of the system through the communication between the host computer and STM32.After testing the system, the test results show that the system can work continuously for more than 16 hours without the cable, and convert the collected underwater signals of 20 Hz~2 kHz at the sampling rate of 40 kHz, and store the collected underwater signals of 4 channels and the signals collected by the attitude sensor in the reading.
