摘  要:为探究长江经济带地区产业结构升级对碳减排的具体影响,研究基于2000—2017年的相关数据,采用空间计量方法进行分析,最终得出以下结论:首先,长江经济带地区各省市在碳排放方面存在明显的空间溢出效应,某省市的产业结构升级主要是通过降低相邻省份的碳排放来促进整个长江经济带地区的碳减排;其次,长江经济带地区的碳排放存在明显的时间滞后性,前期较高的碳排放将导致本期碳排放量的增长;最后,能源消费强度、经济发展水平、外商直接投资和人口规模对碳排放的综合影响显著为正,而对外贸易和金融发展的效应系数未通过显著性检验。因此,长江经济带地区应推动区域的协调发展,沿江11省市应加强合作,从区域整体发展出发制定发展战略,同时要注意发展科技,提高能源使用效率,促进碳减排。In order to explore the specific impact of the upgrading of the industrial structure on carbon emission reduction in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,based on relevant data from 2000 to 2017,spatial measurement methods are used in this study.The following conclusions are drawn:Firstly,there is obvious spatial spillover effect on carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the industrial structure upgrade of a province or city mainly promotes carbon emission reduction of the entire Yangtze River Economic Belt region by reducing the carbon emissions of neighboring provinces;secondly,there is a significant time lag in carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the higher carbon emission intensity in the previous period will lead to the increase of carbon emissions in this period.Finally,the comprehensive impact of energy consumption intensity,economic development,foreign direct investment and population size on carbon emission is significantly positive,respectively,but the effect coefficients of trade and financial development did not pass the significance test.Therefore,the Yangtze River Economic Belt area should promote the coordinated development of the region,and 11 provinces and cities along the Yangtze River should strengthen cooperation and formulate development strategies based on the overall development of the region.At the same time,we must pay attention to the development of science and technology,improve energy efficiency,and promote carbon emission reduction.
