摘　　要：介绍老旧小区改造中,室外雨污水管道布置的设计要求、设计重点和施工的具体措施。结合实际工程案例,具体改造包括排水系统设计,南北阳台建筑立管改造,雨、污水支管及街坊井改造,并就以上各项改造分析研究。The design requirements,design emphasis and construction measures of outdoor rainwater and sewage pipeline layout in reconstruction of old residential area are introduced.Combined with the actual project case analysis,the specific transformation includes drainage system design,north and south balcony building riser transformation,rainwater and sewage branch pipe and neighborhood well transformation,and the study and analysis on the transformation is carried out.
