摘 要:文章旨在评估日粮添加不同水平的白头翁粉对乳山羊采食量、瘤胃发酵及乳成分的影响。试验将64头平均体重为(47.23±3.25)kg、泌乳期为(48.6±3.5)d的乳山羊随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复4头(其中2头带有瘤胃瘘管),开展为期28 d的饲养试验。对照组与处理组分别饲喂白头翁水平为0、15%、30%和45%的全混合日粮。结果:30%白头翁粉组干物质摄入量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),但对照组乳山羊粗脂肪摄入量和消化率、粗蛋白消化率及中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维消化率显著高于15%~45%白头翁粉组(P<0.05)。对照组和30%白头翁粉组乳山羊粗脂肪消化率显著高于15%和45%白头翁粉组(P<0.05)。30%白头翁组乳山羊血清氨氮浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时对照组乳山羊瘤胃异戊酸含量最高(P<0.05),瘤胃乙酸与丙酸比例及血清磷浓度最低(P<0.05)。30%和45%白头翁组血清钙浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。30%白头翁粉组泌乳量和总固形物产量较对照组显著提高9.63%和9.48%(P<0.05)。结论:综合考虑采食量、瘤胃发酵性能及乳成分,泌乳山羊日粮中白头翁粉的适宜添加水平为30%。The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the effects of different dietary levels of Chinese pulsatile powder on feed intake,rumen fermentation and milk composition of dairy goats.Sixty-four dairy goats with an average body weight of(47.23±3.25)kg and a lactation period of(48.6±3.5)d were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 4 goats per replicate(2 goats with rumen fistulas).The feeding experiment lasted for 28 days.The rabbits in control group and treatment group were fed total mixed diets with 0,15%,30%and 45%levels of P.pulsatilla,respectively.Results:The dry matter intake of 30%pulsatilis powder group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),but the crude fat intake and digestibility of dairy goats in control group,the digestibility of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber of dairy goats were significantly higher than that of 15%-45%P.pulsatilis powder group(P<0.05).The crude fat digestibility of dairy goats in control group and 30%Pulsatium pulsatium powder group was significantly higher than that in 15%and 45%Pulsatium pulsatium powder groups(P<0.05).The serum ammonia nitrogen concentration of dairy goats in 30%pulsatilis group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the rumen isovaleric acid content of dairy goats in control group was the highest(P<0.05),and the rumen acetic acid to propionic acid ratio and serum phosphorus concentration of dairy goats in control group were the lowest(P<0.05).The serum calcium concentration in 30%and 45%Pulsatilla chinensis groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,milk yield and total solid yield in 30%P.pulsatilis powder group were significantly increased by 9.63%and 9.48%(P<0.05).Conclusions:Considering feed intake,rumen fermentation performance and milk composition,the appropriate supplemental level of pulsatillum pulsatillum powder in the diet of lactating goats is 30%.
