摘  要:微通道换热器在热泵型空调系统中需进行温度疲劳测试以满足不同使用环境下的寿命。本文采用虚拟仪器平台上开发了换热器温度耐久控制软件及试验系统,采用PLC作为下位机与上位机进行通信。在试验过程中,实现了恒温水槽的精确控制,高低温循环切换温度波动小。测控软件同时具有过程参数实时显示,数据处理和记录功能从而保证试验结果的重复性和稳定性。整套系统在试验过程中运行稳定可靠,高度自动化,该试验台系统为换热器可靠性试验以及在实际工程应用提供了参考价值。Micro channel heat exchanger needs thermal fatigue test in heat pump type air conditioning system to meet the life cycle requirements of products in different application environments.In this paper,in this paper,the heat exchanger temperature durability control software and test system are developed on the virtual instrument platform.PLC is used as the lower computer to communicate with the upper computer.In the process of the experiment,the accurate control of the constant temperature water tank is realized,and the temperature fluctuation is small.The measurement and control software has the functions of real-time display of process parameters,data processing and recording,so as to ensure the repeatability and stability of the test results.The whole system runs stably and reliably in the test process,and is highly au⁃tomated.The test-bed system provides reference value for heat exchanger reliability test and practical engineering application.
