基于中国工况的轻型汽车车外噪声测量方法研究

摘  要:中国工况反映中国汽车在道路上行驶实际工况,包含汽车的各种驾驶行为。现行GB 1495(方法A)和ISO 362–1:2007(方法B)均关注汽车单一工况的噪声水平,无法全面反映汽车实际行驶工况的噪声水平。基于中国工况开展轻型汽车车外噪声测量方法研究,将多种工况与汽车噪声控制相关联。基于中国工况和相关试验数据分析结果,提出汽车多工况噪声测量方法,包括起步噪声、加速噪声、匀速噪声3类噪声测量方法,并对测量方法进行论证,可为轻型车噪声相关标准的研究提供依据,同时也可为汽车制造企业、科研院所等研发机构研究轻型汽车多工况车外噪声提供更全面的技术参考。China automotive test cycle reflects actual driving conditions of vehicles,in which various driving modes have been included.However,the current standards GB 1495(method A)and ISO 362-1:2007(method B)only care the noise levels of the single operating conditions of vehicles,and neither of them can fully reflect the noise levels of actual operation conditions of the vehicles.In this paper,noise test methods based on China automotive test cycle are developed.The relations between the operation conditions and the noise controls of the domestic vehicles are analyzed.The measurement methods for starting noise,accelerating noise and noise at constant speeds are proposed and verified experimentally.This work has provided some comprehensive technical reference for automotive manufacturers and other research institutions to study light-duty vehicle exterior noises under multiple driving mode conditions.
