摘　　要：社会再生产的内外互动塑造发展格局。比较优势原则使中国在参与世界分工过程中形成内部循环依赖外部市场获得物质补偿与价值补偿的基本路径;受国际垄断资本主导及新技术革命作用,世界分工体系积累失衡、全球产业链分工不平衡发展、国际价值链分工极化运动等都经历了量变到质变的演进。国际分工的资本化生产方式,使全球积累体系的多维失衡映射在中国的产能过剩、创新短板及内需不足等多重矛盾之上,直至制约可持续发展;中国结构性改革是世界体系"再平衡"的有机组成和积极因素,发展格局战略转变是中国主动选择与国际循环的"新适应状态";构建新发展格局,须立足于扩大内需与创新,利用数字产业国际竞争优势,发挥"需求牵引供给,供给创造需求"的分工深化之枢纽作用。The internal and external interaction of social reproduction shapes the development pattern.The principle of comparative advantage builds the basic pathof China,which is featured byinternal circulation obtaining material compensation and value compensation through external market during the course of participating in the world division of labor;led by international monopoly capital and pushed by new technological revolution,the accumulated unbalance of the world system of labor division,the unbalanced development of division of labor in the global industrial chain,and the polarized movement of division of labor in the international value chain,all of which have experienced the evolution from quantitative change to qualitative change.The capitalization mode of production of international division of labor makes the multi-dimensional imbalance of the global accumulative system mapped on the multiple contradictions of China including overcapacity,innovation weakness and insufficient domestic demand,until sustainable development isrestricted;China's structural reform is an organic component and positive factor to"rebalance the world system,and the strategic transformation of the development pattern is the"new adaptation state"out of China's active choice and international circulation;in order to build a new development pattern,we must base ourselves upon expanding domestic demand and innovation,make use of the international competitive advantage of digital industry,and make the policy of"demand leads supply,supply creates demand"play a pivotal role in the deepening the division of labor.
