摘  要:植物U-box蛋白是编码含有U-box结构域的基因家族,其编码蛋白大多是泛素系统中特异性识别底物的泛素连接酶E 3,在植物的生长发育、生物及非生物胁迫中起着广泛的调控作用。目前对杜仲的U-box基因了解较少,本研究通过生物信息学和荧光定量PCR技术,对杜仲U-box基因进行鉴定和表达分析。结果表明,杜仲基因组中含有40个U-box基因,根据蛋白结构域将其分为7类,并分析了基因家族成员的基因结构、系统发育、保守结构域和基序等。此外,U-box-Arm结构家族成员的基因表达分析发现,该家族成员的表达具有一定的组织特异性。The U-box genes from plant are a gene family encoding the proteins contained U-box domain,and most of its encoded proteins are ubiquitin-ligase E 3,which can specifically recognize substrates in the ubiquitin system,and play a wide range of regulatory roles in plant growth and development as well as biotic and abiotic stresses.At present,the U-box genes of Eucommia ulmoides are poorly understood.In this study,bioinformatics and real-time PCR were used to identify and analyze the expression of E.ulmoides U-box genes.The results showed that there were 40 U-box genes in E.ulmoides genome,which were divided into 7 classes according to the protein domain.The gene structure,phylogeny,conserved domain and motif of gene family members were also analyzed.In addition,gene expression analysis of the members of gene family contained U-box-ARM domain revealed that the expression of the members of this family had a certain tissue specificity.
