摘  要:以雪上一枝蒿种子为材料,通过改变萌发条件,研究不同来源雪上一枝蒿种子的萌发特性。结果表明,不同来源雪上一枝蒿种子萌发对温度的适应区间不同;pH值在5.5~8.0范围内,酸碱度对雪上一枝蒿种子萌发没有影响;外部碳源及盐的添加会显著降低雪上一枝蒿种子萌发率。温度胁迫解除后,雪上一枝蒿可恢复萌发,低海拔来源种子适应力更强;低浓度(≤0.5%)盐胁迫解除后,除已萌发的种子外,低海拔来源的种子萌发率可恢复到胁迫前水平,高海拔来源的种子无法萌发。研究表明,20℃为雪上一枝蒿最适萌发温度;外部渗透压的升高会显著降低雪上一枝蒿种子萌发率;高海拔区域生长的植物种子环境选择压力较大,部分强壮的种子在恶劣环境下也可以萌发生长,低海拔区域植物种子环境选择压力较小,只会在适宜条件下萌发生长。In this paper, the Aconitum brachypodum seeds was selected as experimental materials to investigate the germination characteristics of seeds from different sources by changing the germination conditions. The results showed that the adaptive interval of A. brachypodum seeds germination to temperature was different in different sources, and there was no significant effect on the seed germination of A. brachypodum during pH value in the range of 5.5-8.0. In addition, the external addition of carbon source and salt could significantly reduce the germination rate of A. brachypodum and the germination of A. brachypodum could recover and the adaptability of seeds from low altitude sources was stronger after the release of temperature stress. Except for the germinated seeds, the germination rate of seeds from low altitude sources could be restored to the pre-stress level while seeds from high altitude sources could not germinate after the release of salt stress with low concentration(≤0.5%). Meanwhile, the results showed that 20 ℃ was the most suitable temperature for the germination of A. brachypodum, and the increase of external osmotic pressure could significantly reduce the germination rate of A. brachypodum. The environmental selection pressure of plant seeds growing at high altitude was greater and part of stronger seeds could germinate and grow in harsh environment, while the environmental selection pressure of plant seeds growing at low altitude was less and they only germinated and grow under suitable conditions.
