摘  要:以Suwan代表性自交系T 32(母本)和PB群核心自交系齐319(父本)为亲本,获得128份F2:3家系,并对该群体的8个产量相关性状进行了正态性检验与相关性分析。结果表明,群体产量相关性状变异较大,各性状呈现近似正态分布。百粒重与粒长、粒宽呈极显著正相关,穗行数与粒宽呈极显著负相关;穗长与穗行数、行粒数相关性显著;穗粗与百粒重呈显著正相关,与秃尖长呈显著负相关。该群体拥有较丰富的遗传差异。In this study, 128 F2:3 families were obtained from representative Suwan inbred line T 32(female parent) and core inbred line Qi 319(male parent) from PB group, and the normality test and correlation analysis were performed for 8 yield-related traits in this population. The results showed that the variation of yield-related traits was larger, and the traits presented an approximate normal distribution. There was a very significant positive correlation between 100-grain weight and grain length and grain width, and a very significant negative correlation between row number per ear and grain width. And, ear length was significantly correlated with row number per ear and grain number per row. Ear diameter was positively correlated with 100-grain weight, but negatively correlated with bald tip length.There were rich genetic differences in this population.
