摘　　要：现阶段,由于绝缘要求,6 kV开关柜、高压电缆及接头、大电流接点等容易发热部位处于封闭的环境下,平时基本无法检测其运行状态。为了可以预知早期故障征兆,预防和消除异常和故障,引进一套先进的在线监测系统十分必要。文章分析电气设备过热故障原因,提出6 kV柜系统检测改造思路和具体的检测方案,有效预防和控制电力设备事故的发生,保障电力生产安全、稳定运行。At this stage,due to insulation requirements,6 kV switchgear,high-voltage cables and joints,high-current contacts and other parts that are prone to heat are in a closed environment,and it is basically impossible to detect their operating status.In order to predict the early signs of failures and prevent and eliminate abnormalities and failures,it is necessary to introduce an advanced online monitoring system.The article analyzes the causes of electrical equipment overheating failures,and proposes 6 kV cabinet system detection and transformation ideas and specifi c detection schemes,which can effectively prevent and control the occurrence of electrical equipment accidents,and ensure the safe and stable operation of power production.
