摘  要:在解决传统人身风险分级管控体系控制时,存在员工人身风险值较高的问题。文章介绍了电力行业安全生产过程中人身风险管控现状和管控问题,通过基于安全检查表法的人身风险辨识、人身风险等级划分以及分级管控,实现对电力行业员工的管理。通过实验进一步证明,该管控体系更加符合电力行业对员工人身安全的管控要求,可有效降低员工人身风险值。When solving the control of the traditional personal risk hierarchical management and control system,there is a problem of high personal risk value of employees.The article introduces the current situation and problems of personal risk management and control in the process of safety production in the electric power industry,and realizes the management of employees in the electric power industry through the identifi cation of personal risks,the classifi cation of personal risks and the hierarchical management and control of the safety checklist method.Experiments have further proved that the management and control system is more in line with the management and control requirements of the power industry for the personal safety of employees,and can effectively reduce the personal risk of employees.
