摘 要:在集中供热系统中,通常采用变流量调节的方式降低运行能耗,往往忽略压力损失对供热系统能耗的影响。在实际运行过程中,由于供热运行管理不当,供热系统压力损失过大引起供热能耗增加的情况不胜枚举。本文选取天津市某区的供热管网系统作为研究对象,通过实际测试,研究了严寒期换热站一次侧、二次侧和室外管网压力损失的分布情况,并针对典型换热站存在的运行问题进行分析,旨在对我国供热系统设计及节能运行管理有一定的实际指导意义。In the central heating system,variable flow regulation is usually adopted to reduce energy consumption,while the influence of pressure loss on energy consumption of heating system is often ignored.In the actual operation process,due to the improper management of heating operation,there are numerous examples of the increase of heating energy consumption because of excessive pressure loss of heating system.This paper selects the heating pipe network system in one district of Tianjin as the research object,studied the freeze-up heat exchanger station at primary side and secondary side as well as the distribution of outdoor pipe network pressure loss by the actual test,and the typical heat exchanger station operation problem is analyzed,which could provide certain reference for the design and operation management of district heating system in our country.
