摘 要:针对矩形高墩大悬挑现浇盖梁施工,通过设计计算提出采用主龙骨工装代替腹板加强I56b工字钢主龙骨的新盖梁支架结构。介绍了这种新方法的特点、支撑体系设计及施工要点和安全措施;通过有限元数值模拟,分析了新旧施工方案主龙骨的应力和变形,结果表明所提出的新施工方法完全可行,目前该方法已成功实施。In view of the construction of large cantilever cast-in-place capping beam of rectangular high pier,a new capping beam support structure which uses main keel tooling instead of web to strengthen I56b I-beam main keel is proposed through design and calculation.This paper introduces the characteristics of the new method,the design of support system,the key points of construction and the safety measures.Through the finite element numerical simulation,the stress and deformation of the main keel of the new and old construction methods are analyzed.The results show that the new construction method is feasible and has been implemented successfully.
