环氧树脂型重防腐涂料所用长石粉的研究

摘　　要：长石粉是环氧树脂型重腐涂料的一种重要填料。文章对河南有色金源实业有限公司、国内两个地方产的800目长石粉进行了对比研究,主要研究了长石粉中的游离二氧化硅含量、电导率、填加了长石粉的环氧树脂涂料的防腐蚀性3个技术指标进行了对比研究。得出结论,河南有色金源实业有限公司生产的800目长石粉可以满足客户的要求,远远优于国内其它两个地方产的长石粉。Feldspar powder is an important filler for epoxy resin type heavy-corrosion coatings.In this paper,the 800-mesh feldspar powder produced by Henan non-ferrous Jinyuan Industry Co.,Ltd.and two places in China are compared and studied,the content of free silicon dioxide in feldspar powder,the electrical conductivity and the anti-corrosion property of epoxy coating filled with feldspar powder were studied.It is concluded that the 800 mesh feldspar powder produced by Henan Non-ferrous Jinyuan Industrial Co.,Ltd.can meet the requirements of customers and is far superior to the feldspar powder produced in other two places in China.
