摘  要:研究了氨基磺酸钠盐交联改性的羽毛球拍胶粘剂的物相组成、润湿性能和室温拉伸性能。结果表明,当氨基磺酸钠盐含量为1%时,胶粘剂的粘度为79mPa·s、吸水率为15.46%、固体含量为43.17%、贮存稳定性>0.5年;随着氨基磺酸钠盐含量的增加,胶粘剂的粘度不断增大,吸水率和固体含量逐渐减小,而贮存稳定性都保持在>0.5年的水平。随着氨基磺酸钠盐含量的增加,粘胶剂的接触角呈现逐渐增大的趋势;随着氨基磺酸钠盐含量增加,胶粘剂试样的抗拉强度逐渐增大,而断后伸长率先增加后减小,在氨基磺酸钠盐含量为5%时取得断后伸长率最大值。The phase composition,wettability and room temperature tensile properties of the adhesive cross-linked and modified by sodium sulfamate were studied.The results showed that when the content of sodium sulfamate was 1%,the viscosity of the adhesive was 79 MPa.S,the water absorption rate was 15.46%,the solid content was 43.17%,and the storage stability was more than 0.5 years;with the increase of the content of sodium sulfamate,the viscosity of the adhesive increased,the water absorption and solid content decreased gradually,and the storage stability remained at the level of>0.5 years.With the increase of the content of sodium sulfamate,the contact angle of adhesive increases gradually;with the increase of sodium sulfamate content,the tensile strength of adhesive sample increases gradually,while the elongation after fracture first increases and then decreases.When the content of sodium sulfamate is 5%,the maximum elongation after fracture is obtained.
