摘 要:针对传统利用硫磺和过氧化物硫化医用橡胶在使用过程中出现助剂析出,影响人体健康的问题。提出采用电子束辐射硫化方式制备NR/SBR橡胶材料,并对比了辐射硫化NR/SBR橡胶与传统化学硫化NR/SBR橡胶的性能差异,得到的结果为:辐射硫化NR/SBR橡胶材料受辐射敏化剂影响,拉伸强度和撕裂强度对辐射剂量的增加先增大后减小。在氯化钠浸出液中并未白色物质析出,pH值变化小于1。在液相色谱图中并未捕捉到促进剂M和TAIC等析出物,证实辐射硫化NR/SBR橡胶具有较高的医用稳定性和安全性。Aiming at the problem of the precipitation of auxiliary agents during the use of traditional medical rubber vulcanized with sulfur and peroxide,which affects human health.NR/SBR rubber materials were prepared by electron beam radiation vulcanization,and the performance differences between radiation vulcanized NR/SBR rubber and traditional chemical vulcanized NR/SBR rubber were coMPared.The results showed that the radiation sensitizer affected the radiation dose of radiation vulcanized NR/SBR rubber materials,and the increase of tensile strength and tear strength on radiation dose firstly increased and then decreased.There is no white matter in the leaching solution of sodium chloride,and the change of pH value is less than 1.The precipitates such as accelerator M and TAIC were not found in the liquid chromatogram,which confirmed that the radiation vulcanized NR/SBR rubber had high medical stability and safety.
