摘 要:针对建筑物在施工和拆除过程中产生大量建筑垃圾带来的资源短缺和环境污染问题,尝试将混凝土和废砖制备成再生骨料,进而完成对混凝土和砖石的回收。为改善再生骨料的力学性能,利用质量浓度为2%的纳米硅溶胶溶液对骨料进行改性。在此基础上,掺入一定量的PVA纤维,并研究了纤维纳米再生混凝土的基本力学性能。结果表明,加入纤维后,纳米再生混凝土压缩性能有所降低,但使劈裂拉伸性能和弯曲性能分别比基准混凝土增加了10.8%和8.35%,证实了PVA纤维对再生混凝土有优化作用。In view of the shortage of resources and environmental pollution caused by a large amount of construction waste in the process of construction and demolition of buildings,this paper attempts to prepare recycled aggregate from concrete and waste brick,and then complete the recycling of concrete and masonry.In order to improve the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate,nano silica sol solution with mass concentration of 2%was used to modify the aggregate.On this basis,the basic mechanical properties of fiber nano recycled concrete are studied by adding a certain amount of PVA fiber.The results show that after adding fibers,the compressive properties of nano recycled concrete are decreased,but the splitting tensile properties and flexural properties are increased by 10.8%and 8.35%respectively compared with the reference concrete,which proves that PVA fiber has the optimization effect on recycled concrete.
